Menus, prices, events, projects, opening hours and testimonials are illustrative. Example phone numbers use the UK 01632 960xxx drama range; email addresses use subdomains of example.com.

No enquiries are delivered or stored, no bookings are made and no analytics or third-party tracking scripts run. Enquiry previews are processed only to demonstrate form validation. Use made-up details.

Mark Skinner redesign concept

Mark Skinner Funeral Service is a real business. This independent, uncommissioned concept is not its official website and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the business. The layout and introductory copy were created for this demonstration; the logo area is a labelled placeholder awaiting approved artwork. The existing site's logo, photographs and long-form copy have not been reused. Two brief, attributed testimonial excerpts are quoted with a link to the original testimonials; read the full originals for context. No star ratings, review verification claims or new endorsements are implied.

Business name, family-business description, office addresses, telephone details and external services were checked on the official website and its contact page on 19 October 2026. Current funeral prices are not invented or republished: the concept links to the official pricing page. Stock woodland and landscape photographs do not depict the business's premises. There are no invented reviews, staff profiles, awards or accreditation badges.

The real offices remain in Brandon, Lakenheath and Thetford, separate from the fictional Dereham demos. This concept accepts no messages, funeral instructions, payments or donations. External links to the official website, GOV.UK, Google Maps and MuchLoved leave the demonstration; those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Footer badges & design credit

The concept footer reproduces the NAFD, SAIF and Independent Family Funeral Directors badges displayed on the official website on 19 October 2026. These refer to the real business, not this independent design concept, and are not awards or endorsements of the demo. Confirm current membership and badge-use permission before public deployment. Source URLs are recorded in IMAGE-CREDITS.md.

The website design and development credit belongs to ajhbarber. Third-party logos, testimonial excerpts and photographs remain the property of their respective owners.

Photography

The images are downloaded Unsplash stock photographs, served locally rather than loaded from third-party servers. They do not depict these fictional businesses, their staff, dishes or completed projects.

The Unsplash licence permits free commercial and non-commercial use without mandatory attribution. Photographs are licensed, not public domain; no exclusivity or endorsement is implied. A source manifest is supplied in IMAGE-CREDITS.md in the project.
